ملخص الوظيفة:
موظف مركز الاتصال في شركة ويلز هو عضو أساسي في فريق خدمة العملاء الذي يسهم بشكل كبير في تقديم تجربة إيجابية لعملائنا. يقوم موظف مركز الاتصال بتلقي \ بإجراء المكالمات و الطلبات والاستفسارات و الاستبيانات مع العملاء والمطاعم و الكباتن بكفاءة عالية لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم او\و متطلبات الشركة بشكل ممتاز.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
1. استقبال \ اجراء المكالمات من العملاء والمطاعم و الكباتن بطريقة مهنية وودية.
2. تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول قائمة الطعام وخدمات التوصيل المقدمة من قبل الشركة.
مراقبة و متابعة حالة الطلبات بدقة و توجيهها للكباتن على النظام.
4. توجيه طلبات العملاء والمطاعم إلى الكباتن و الأقسام المعنية لتنفيذها بفعالية.
5. تقديم دعم فني أولي لعملاء التطبيق.
6. توثيق المكالمات والاستفسارات في نظام إدارة العملاء لمتابعتها ومعالجتها.
7. حل المشاكل والاستفسارات البسيطة على الفور وتحويل المشاكل الأكثر تعقيدًا إلى القسم المناسب للمعالجة.
8. الالتزام بإجراءات الأمان والخصوصية لضمان حفاظ سرية معلومات العملاء والمطاعم.
9. تقديم ملاحظات واقتراحات بناءة لتحسين عمليات الخدمة وزيادة رضا العملاء.
10. التزام بجداول العمل المحددة والالتزام بالاوقات المحددة للدوام والاستراحات.

Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Trillionz Marketing Agency. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize social media performance and improve engagement with the company's target audience
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure social media strategies align with the overall marketing strategy
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
- Understand client needs and objectives and provide strategic guidance.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress and gather feedback.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform campaign strategies.
- Present campaign proposals and reports to clients.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content creators, digital, media, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of project
- Handle invoicing and ensure timely payment from clients.
Qualifications:

Financial Officer
The primary responsibilities of the Financial Officer include the following:
· Prepare claims
· Debt collection
· Client account management
· Bookkeeping - maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
· Financial Reporting - prepare financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, in accordance with accounting standards.
· Assist in creating budgets and forecasts based on financial data and historical performance.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
· Payroll Processing - ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
· Assist in preparing for audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements and procedures.
· Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
· Financial Planning & Analysis - develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid decision-making within the organization.

C# Developer
We are looking for a C# Developer with AWS experience with role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions that leverage the power of Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to create cutting-edge applications that drive our business and our clients forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy C# applications using AWS services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software requirements.
Optimize and maintain existing software systems, identifying and resolving performance and security issues.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends, AWS services, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Full-Stack-Developer
As a Full Stack Developer with a PHP background, you will play a crucial role in the development of our web-based applications. You'll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, working closely with our team of designers, product managers, and other developers to create exceptional user experiences.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
